Whenever you have identified a broken part, i.e. a failed drive, please open a RMA ticket rather than a Support ticket. The required fields inside the RMA form will help us gather information upfront, such as the shipping address which may have changed over time.

Today Bright releases a new graphical user interface for professional administration and management of BrightDrive G2 and G2 Pro.
This comprehensive interface will dramatically enhance and simplify
the on-site administration of the media file server and its related infrastructure.
